950, Old Chua Chu Kang Road, had invested over S$50 millions renovation and refurbishment which now known as Nirvana Memorial Garden Singapore (NMGS).

NMGS had successfully become first ISO Singapore bereavement registered company and extended the lease to 2098 which make its a place for eternal remembrance.

Lin San Temple(灵山寺), locate at 27, Lorong 12 Geylang, was established by Venerable Rui Xiang. In 1960's, after Venerable Rui Xiang passed on and was succeeded by

Venerable Chang Heng and Ming Zhen.

In 2003, for safety reason, Lin San temple had to be demolished and rebuilt. After years of fundraising

efforts by community, Lin San had

officially opening ceremony in 13 March 2023.

Why Niche Are Designed As Flat Block?

There are total 8 or 9 niche levels in columbarium suite.


*The 1st or 2nd niche levels are commonly known as “filial” levels, as the children and grandchildren have to kneel to worship.

*The 3rd or 4th niche levels are commonly known as “wealth” levels, as it is suitable for those who prefer to sit and worship their ancestors.

*The 5th niche level is most popular as it is at “eye-level”. It is convenient for family members and relatives to worship their departed loved ones as they do not need to kneel, squat or look up.

*The 6th or 7th niche levels are commonly known as the ‘guarding* level, which means that the ancestors are always looking after the descendants. -The 8th or 9th niche levels are commonly known as the “respect” levels, as to symbolize the virtues of high morality.

The niche package is available for lump sum payment or monthly installment? What is mode of payment?

Yes. Nirvana offer monthly installment 0% interest rate up to 48 months. Payment can be done via cash, cheques, credit card and Giro.

Is there any expire date for the niche services package?

Absolutely No. The package is valid at minimal till 2098. Nirvana charge for one time maintenance fee on top of the niche package unlike others columbarium charge either monthly or yearly for the services.

Do we need to top up or pay additional on top of existing signed package when yearly GDP / inflation up?

No. The price is "locked" without any additional fee up to 2098 (especially for niche package). This is the main reason pre-plan is important to enjoy the best price.

Is Nirvana Memorial Garden niches and Lin San Temple is same pricing?

Both location niches are different due to few factors, eg. location, leasehold, maintenance fee, etc. The main different of these two is Lin San Temple is a "Freehold".

I'm Christian. Can I put my niche in Nirvana?

Yes. Nirvana Memorial Garden, CCK have free thinker suite themes which are suitable for Christian, Catholic and free thinkers as resident.

Do the urns include in the niches purchase?

The urns are not include in the niche package. Customer can buy their preference urns at level 2, customer service at Nirvana Memorial Garden, CCK. However, in Lin San Temple, urns are include in the niches purchase.

Why Nirvana niches package are expansive?

Nirvana are pre-plan need arrangement which the price that customer had locked in now will remain till the date of usage even after 10 years or 20 years. Therefore, Nirvana price is resist inflation that help customer save more money through pre-plan ahead. In addition, the funeral item use are premium.
